REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR VARIOUS DISTRICT ROOF REPLACEMENTS

RFP #18-04

The Sun ‘n Lake of Sebring Improvement District hereby requests proposals from interested licensed contractors to replace and repair various roofs throughout the District. There will a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 4431 Columbus Blvd.  Information for all submissions can be found on the District website at www.snldistrict.org under the RFP tab. 

Sealed proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to the District office located at 5306 Sun ‘N Lake Blvd., Sebring, FL 33872, Proposal for Various District Roof Replacements, RFP #18-04, Attention Tanya Cannady, General Manager by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Proposers must provide one (1) original and three (3) copies of their proposal.

The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals when deemed in the best interest of the District.
