REVISED NOTICE OF MEETINGS

SUN ‘N LAKE OF SEBRING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

 The Board of Supervisors of the Sun ’n Lake of Sebring Improvement District has cancelled all scheduled budget meetings for the remainder of the 2023 calendar year reason being that on the June 27^th, 2023, board meeting the tentative budget was finalized. This updated list shows the following meetings that will remain. All meetings will continue to be held at the Community Center, 3500 Edgewater Drive, Sebring, Florida, 33872 at 9:00 a.m.

Tuesday, July 25, 2023 (Adoption of the 2023-2024 Proposed Budget)

Tuesday, August 29, 2023 (Adopting 2023-2024 Final Budget)

Tuesday, September 26, 2023

Tuesday, October 31, 2023

Tuesday, November 28, 2023

Tuesday, December 19, 2023

Meetings may be continued to a date and time certain, which will be announced at the meeting. Any interested person can attend the meeting at the above location and be fully informed of the discussions taking place.

Each person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting is advised that person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
