District Office Starts Going Cashless August 11
Sun ‘N Lake Improvement District is excited to announce a significant step forward in modernizing our operations. Starting August 11, 2023, the District will begin transitioning to a cashless operation.
What does going cashless mean for you as residents or property owners?
Streamlined & Secure Operations: By eliminating cash transactions, our office can focus on delivering efficient and streamlined services. Staff can dedicate more time to addressing your concerns and providing the assistance you require without the complexities associated with handling cash. Additionally, by not having large amounts of cash on-hand in the District office, it will improve security for District staff.
Enhanced Convenience: By going cashless, we aim to simplify and expedite your transactions with the District. From paying utility bills, annual assessments or permit application fees, you will still have the convenience of making payments through various digital and non-digital channels, many without even leaving home!
So, what options will residents and property owners have to make payments to the District?
- Personal or business check
- Cashier’s check or money order
- Online bill payment through your bank
- Automatic bank draft authorization (Utilities only) https://cms2.revize.com/revize/sunnlakes/automatic_bank_draft_authorization/index.php
- Pay online (service charge applies)
