Outstanding Temporary Employee
Congratulations to Carmen Howard, one of our Customer Service Representatives. Carmen started at the District Office in July as a temporary employee from Sunshine Staffing. In recognition of National Staffing Employee Week, Sunshine surprised Carmen on September 21 by recognizing her as an Outstanding Temporary Employee. Sun N Lake then her surprised her by offering a full-time position with the District.
Even as a temporary employee, Carmen has given full-time attention to her responsibilities. She consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism and attention to detail and she has learned her duties and responsibilities quickly and enthusiastically.
In her time with the District, Carmen has shown tremendous leadership capability and has already helped train another new employee. Even in her short tenure, she has quickly positioned herself as an essential part of our team and the “area expert” in Customer Service. Under any circumstances she remains pleasant, polite, and courteous to – not only customers – but all District staff and guests.
