September Employee of the Month
Congratulations to Sarah Heither for being recognized as Sun 'N Lake's Employee of the Month for September.
Sarah has been employed with Sun 'N Lake since August 2022 and in May of this year, she was promoted to Recreation Specialist.
There are many examples that demonstrate Sarah's worthiness of recognition. From her role in planning and executing our successful Independence Day Celebration to her daily management of the pool, community center, and recreation facilities, Sarah is always professional, courteous, and efficient - even in difficult situations.
Most importantly, Sarah demonstrates exceptional customer service to the many residents and guests who come through the Recreation Office every day. She knows our residents by name, and she always takes the time to chat with them, making everyone feel welcome and respected.
