Volunteers Needed - Assessment Appeals Committee

The District has an established appeal process for property owners to contest the amount of their Annual Assessments. This appeal may be due to the impression of an incorrect calculation or other reason. 

The Appeal Committee shall consist of one (1) supervisor, two (2) property owners and a District employee. The District Attorney will also participate in this Committee.

The Board of Supervisors will appoint committee members at their next scheduled meeting November 28, 2023.
