In a beautifully landscaped setting, about 7,500 residents enjoy not only the renowned golf courses, but parks and recreation including tennis and pickleball courts, fishing, model boating, an island pavilion, picnic areas and other outdoor activities.

At the Recreation complex, you will find a fitness center, lagoon pool with zero entry, playground, basketball courts, community center, picnic pavilion and island gazebo. There are plenty of activities to choose from for all ages.

	Fitness Center The new Fitness Corner has state-of-the-art equipment and a beautiful view of the pool deck.

	Island Pavilion Set in the center of Lake Granada, the Island Pavilion is a great location for outside social gatherings such as birthday parties or family reunions.

Picnic Pavilion Located at the Recreation Complex, the Picnic Pavilion is great for outside social gatherings such as birthday parties or family reunions.

	Playground At Sun ‘N Lake there are several kid-friendly activities including our playground.

Pool Recreation Complex’s main attraction is our lagoon pool with zero entry.

	Sun ‘n Lake Preserve The preserve is a 1,350 acre wildlife preserve with stunning diversity of flora and fauna. There is no hunting, camping, open fires, or vehicles allowed.

Tennis & Pickleball Courts The tennis and pickleball courts at Sun ‘n Lake are available for public use with established rates and guidelines.

	Dog Park The Dog Park is an ideal spot to take your dogs for a bit of exercise between rounds of golf. The area is fenced-in and overlooks a lovely view of the water. Sun 'n Lake is open every day of the week from 7am to 7pm. Our Dog Park is open to residents only.
