A candidate for an office of Supervisor of the Sun ‘n Lake of Sebring Improvement District shall file a written notice of intention to be a candidate for said office of the District at least 30 calendar days (12/25/2023) but not earlier than 60 calendar days (11/25/2023) before the day of the annual meeting of the landowners and must be an eligible voter for the landowner election. The seats currently available are:

Mike Gilpin, Term ending January 26, 2024.
Candidate if appointed will serve a 4-year term.

IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETINGS, SUCH PERSON WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE, SUCH A PERSON MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE. SAID RECORD SHALL INCLUDE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
